特定商取引法に基づく表記

アプリ「間違い探し - dumapp」内の有料アイテム（広告なしプレミアム）に関する表記です。

販売価格: 広告なしプレミアム（買い切り・非消耗型）: 日本では700円（税込）。日本以外では、各アプリストアの商品購入画面に表示される現地価格・税額が適用されます。
販売価格以外でお客様に発生する金銭: アプリのダウンロードおよび利用に伴う通信料はお客様のご負担となります。
支払方法・支払時期: Google Play / App Store のアプリ内課金によりお支払いいただきます。支払時期は各ストアの規定に従います。
商品の引渡時期: 購入手続き完了後、直ちにご利用いただけます（全広告の非表示、日次+10の広告なし受け取り、追加ヒントと、失敗時に見つけた場所を残す「そのまま続ける」の無料・回数無制限。章ゲートは通常どおりポイントを消費します）。
返品・キャンセル: デジタルコンテンツの性質上、購入確定後のお客様都合によるキャンセルは原則として承っていません。有料機能を提供できない不具合、購入の復元、払い戻しは各ストア（Google Play / App Store）の手続きと適用法令に従って対応します。詳細は購入・復元・返金サポートをご確認ください。
配信・サポートを終了する場合: 可能な限り事前に告知し、アプリの新規配信より先に本商品の新規販売を停止します。既存購入者への提供・復元と、終了直前または有料機能を利用できなかった購入への対応は、各ストアの規定と適用法令に従います。

Price: Ad-Free Premium (one-time, non-consumable purchase): JPY 700 including tax in Japan. Outside Japan, the local price and taxes displayed at checkout by the applicable app store apply.
Charges other than the price: You are responsible for data charges incurred when downloading and using the App.
Payment method and timing: Payment is processed as an in-app purchase through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The timing of payment is governed by the applicable store.
Delivery: The benefits become available immediately after purchase completes: removal of all ads, the once-daily +10 without an ad, and unlimited free extra hints and failed-round continues that preserve found marks. Chapter gates still use points.
Returns and cancellation: Because this is digital content, customer-requested cancellation after purchase is generally not accepted. Issues where a paid benefit cannot be delivered, purchase restoration, and refunds are handled under applicable law and the procedures of Google Play or the Apple App Store. If distribution or support ends: Where reasonably possible, advance notice will be given and new sales of Ad-Free Premium will stop before new distribution of the App stops. Benefits, restoration, and purchases made shortly before shutdown or whose paid benefit could not be used will be handled under applicable law and the relevant store's rules.
