利用規約
1. 適用
本規約は「間違い探し - dumapp」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリを利用した場合、利用者は本規約に同意したものとします。
2. 想定利用者と未成年者の利用
本アプリは主に成人に向けた一般向けアプリであり、13歳未満の子どもを対象として設計・訴求するものではありません。未成年者は、居住地域の適用法令や利用するストアの規約により保護者の確認または同意が必要な場合、これを得たうえで利用してください。本アプリ内では年齢・生年月日・年齢帯を尋ねたり推測したりせず、年齢自己申告によって機能、広告頻度、報酬を変えることもありません。
3. 利用許諾と禁止事項
利用者は、個人的かつ非商業的な目的で本アプリを利用できます。法令違反、第三者の権利侵害、本アプリや配信基盤への不正アクセス、改ざん、妨害、広告・購入機構の不正利用を行ってはなりません。
4. 広告とアプリ内購入
本アプリには広告が含まれ、買い切りの「広告なしプレミアム」を提供する場合があります。同商品は全広告の非表示、日次+10の広告なし受け取り、追加ヒントと、失敗時に見つけた場所を残す「そのまま続ける」の無料・回数無制限を提供し、章ゲートのポイント消費は維持します。広告の表示可否や内容は、利用地域、端末設定、UMP／ATTでの選択、広告在庫、購入の有無により異なります。年齢自己申告を理由に広告の面・頻度・報酬を変えることはありません。購入・復元・返金にはGoogle PlayまたはApple App Storeの規約と手続が適用されます。詳しくは購入・復元・返金サポートをご覧ください。
5. 知的財産権
本アプリ、イラスト、文章、デザイン、商標その他のコンテンツに関する権利は、事業者または正当な権利者に帰属します。本規約は、それらの権利を利用者へ譲渡するものではありません。
6. サービスの変更・終了
事業者は、法令、ストア規約、技術上または運営上の必要に応じて、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了する場合があります。広告なしプレミアムの提供・復元・終了時の対応は、公開する購入サポート方針と適用法令に従います。
7. 免責と責任制限
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。事業者は、法令上許される範囲で、特定目的への適合性、常時利用可能性、無停止・無誤作動を保証しません。本条は、消費者契約法その他の適用法令により制限できない利用者の権利を制限するものではありません。
8. プライバシー
情報の取扱いはプライバシーポリシーに従います。
9. 規約の変更
事業者は、法令やサービス内容の変更に応じて本規約を改定することがあります。重要な変更は、アプリ内、ストア掲載情報または公式サイトでお知らせします。
10. 準拠法・お問い合わせ
本規約は日本法に準拠します。法令上認められる場合、本アプリに関する紛争の第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所は東京地方裁判所とします。お問い合わせは事業者情報記載の窓口へお寄せください。
Terms of Use
1. Scope
These Terms govern use of “Spot the Difference - dumapp” (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Intended audience and use by minors
The App is a general-audience app designed primarily for adults; it is not designed or marketed to children under 13. A minor must obtain parent or guardian review or consent before using the App where required by applicable law or the terms of the relevant app store. The App does not ask for or infer age and does not vary features, ad frequency, or rewards based on age self-declaration.
3. License and prohibited conduct
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not violate law or third-party rights, access, alter, or disrupt the App or its delivery systems without authorization, or misuse advertising or purchase systems.
4. Advertising and in-app purchases
The App contains advertising and may offer a one-time Ad-Free Premium purchase. It removes all ads, provides the once-daily 10 Hanamaru reward without an ad, and makes extra hints and failed-round continues that preserve found marks unlimited without spending Hanamaru; chapter progression gates still use Hanamaru. Ad availability and content may differ because of region, device settings, UMP/ATT choices, ad inventory, or the Premium entitlement. Ad placements, frequency, and rewards do not differ based on age self-declaration. Google Play or Apple App Store terms and processes govern purchases, restoration, and refunds. 5. Intellectual property
The App, illustrations, text, design, trademarks, and other content are owned by the provider or their respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.
6. Changes and discontinuation
The provider may change or discontinue the App when reasonably required by law, store rules, technology, or operations. Ad-Free Premium purchases, restoration, and end-of-service handling follow the published purchase-support policy and applicable law.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The App is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, the provider does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
8. Privacy
Information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
The provider may update these Terms when laws or the service change. Material changes will be announced in the App, store listing, or official website.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Where legally permitted, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance. Contact the provider through the channel on the Operator Information page.
