「間違い探し - dumapp」（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、以下の方針で情報を取り扱います。

1. 基本方針

本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、ゲームの進行状況・設定などはお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。開発者が利用者個人を特定する情報を直接収集することはありません。

2. 端末内に保存される情報

次の情報を端末内のみに保存します（外部送信しません）:

これらはアプリの削除、または本アプリ内「設定 → すべてのデータをリセット」で消去できます。

3. 通知

本アプリの通知は端末内で予約されるローカル通知のみで、外部サーバーからのプッシュ配信は行いません。受信可否は端末および本アプリの設定でいつでも変更できます。

4. 広告について（Google AdMob）

本アプリは広告配信のため Google の広告サービス「AdMob」を利用します。AdMob は広告の配信・測定のために、広告識別子（advertising ID）・IPアドレス・端末情報・広告の表示や操作の履歴などを収集・利用する場合があります。詳細は Google のポリシーをご確認ください:

本アプリは子どもの利用に配慮し、パーソナライズされていない広告を基本とする設定で配信します。利用者は端末の設定（Android:「広告」／iOS:「トラッキング」）で、広告のパーソナライズ停止や広告識別子のリセットができます。欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国では、Google の同意管理プラットフォーム（UMP）による同意確認を表示します。

5. 画像の配信について

本アプリの画像は Cloudflare の配信網（Cloudflare R2）から取得します。画像取得の際、通信に伴う技術的情報（IPアドレス・アクセス日時等）が配信網側のログに記録されることがあります。これは配信の提供・セキュリティ確保のための一般的な記録です。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは大人・子どもを問わず楽しめる内容ですが、13歳未満の子どもが利用する可能性を考慮し、子どもに対しては行動ターゲティング広告を行わず、非パーソナライズ広告のみを配信する設定とします。子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

7. 開発者による分析

本アプリは現在、利用者の行動を追跡する分析ツールを使用しません。将来、不具合の把握・品質改善のために匿名の診断情報（クラッシュ情報等）を収集するツールを利用する場合は、本ポリシーを更新します。

Privacy Policy (English)

Effective date: July 6, 2026 — Provider: dumapp (individual developer)

"Spot the Difference - dumapp" ("the App") respects your privacy and handles information as described below.

1. Overview

The App requires no account. Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device and are not sent to the developer's servers. The developer does not directly collect information that identifies you.

2. Information stored on your device

Stored on-device only (not transmitted): game progress and clear records, stage unlock status, the in-app "stamp" point balance and history, and settings/records (language, notifications, sound, haptics, trophies). Erase them by deleting the App or via "Settings → Reset all data".

3. Notifications

The App uses local notifications scheduled on your device only; there is no push delivery from a server.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob may collect and use an advertising identifier, IP address, device information, and ad impression/interaction data to deliver and measure ads. See Google's Privacy Policy and Advertising. The App serves non-personalized ads by default in consideration of children. You can disable ad personalization or reset your advertising ID in device settings (Android "Ads" / iOS "Tracking"). In the EEA/UK, a consent prompt (Google UMP) is shown.

5. Image delivery

Images are delivered via Cloudflare (R2). Technical request information (IP address, timestamp) may be recorded in the delivery network's logs for provision and security.

6. Children's privacy

Considering that children under 13 may use the App, it serves only non-personalized ads to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Analytics

The App currently uses no behavioral analytics. If anonymous diagnostics (e.g., crash reports) are introduced, this policy will be updated.

8. Third-party services

Google AdMob (ads): policy / Cloudflare (image delivery): policy.

9. International transfer

These services may operate on servers outside your country; information may be processed abroad.

10. Your choices

Disable personalized ads / reset your advertising ID in device settings; erase on-device data by deleting the App or via "Settings → Reset all data"; turn off notifications in device/App settings.

11. Changes

We may revise this policy in response to legal or service changes; significant changes will be announced in the App or store listing.
